3. Fax, e-mail, or mail us the signed Independent Contractor Agreement, the W-9 form and the annual fee of $179 (prorated at $15/month...you may request an online invoice and pay with a credit/debit card).

4. Deliver or mail the TREC transfer form to the Texas Real Estate Commission office.
